    It is fairly clean and spacious hotel, the staff are extremely polite and location close to everything interesting to tourist is good and lovely. Excellent service, the breakfast was extensive and amazing and they have private parking if needed.

    Like - location to Massimo etc... Valet parking was prompt (I don't think there is any parking on site)

    Hotel was needs some work on it, especially in some bedrooms - Mum and sister had 329 which seems ok, but avoid 328. Staff rude, we waited one morning 25 minutes to get coffee and ended up walking out whereas local businessmen had about 3 people waiting on them. Would be useful to have some leisure facilities - swimming pool etc..., but we knew that from the description.

    Modern day comfort, old style charm. Everything is tastefully decorated, color-coordinated. Room is roomy, with high ceiling. Great value for the amount we paid

    Housekeeping was excellent. We had a special rate as we occupied a section of the hotel that is clearly due for renovation. It was a good deal financially and they provided exactly what they promised. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Breakfast was good and all the public rooms were quite splendid in an old-fashioned way. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. It was easy to find, and the airport-bus stop at Piazza Politeama is very handy. Regular buses to all major sites run close by. There are excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and you can pick your price range. The neighbourhood is well lit and unthreatening. All in all, it was precisely as advertised.

    The bedroom corridor was gloomy and in need of a makeover, but this was a small thing. In-room tea-making facilities would have been nice, but that can be said of many places.

    A beautifully refurbished hotel with a grand presence. The rooftop garden restaurant offers good live music and a varied breakfast spread in a fine hall. Located on Via Roma, it's close enough to the center yet remains quietly nestled away. Attentive staff ensure a pleasant stay.

    The staff, very attentive.

    The bed was too small, for a hotel like that. Also the hotel doesn't have free internet for the guests, who must pay at least 10Euros for half an hour of connection, too expensive!

    The hotel looks good in the pictures provided on Booked.net but the hotel is dated. Air conditioning can not be controlled from the hotel room. Using the indoor swimming pool costs 20 euros, the water in the outside pool is very cold.

    The service was the best we had yet received and the hotel was more beautiful in person than what it was portrayed like on the internet. Definetly above a 4 star rating. it was classy and luxurious. Had no complaints.
